JINGSIL ORE SERIES

JINGSIL ORE series is an oil resistant peroxide-cured silicone rubber. It provides stable mechanical and physical properties after immersion in ASTM 3# Oil while maintaining the inherent advantages of silicone rubber, including excellent heat resistance, flexibility, and environmental durability.

Application:

Curing Condition：1% peroxide curing agent DBPMH; press cured 5min at 170℃

Vulcanization time varies with the production method and product thickness, and should be adjusted as required for different applications.

Avoid contact with nitrogen-, phosphorus-, sulfur-, or tin-containing materials under platinum-catalyzed curing systems, as these substances may inhibit vulcanization.
