JINGSIL Tcon-79 Series is a peroxide-cured thermal-conductive silicone rubber. It provides high thermal conductivity, excellent mechanical compliance, ensuring effective heat dissipation and reliable contact between heat sources and heat sinks.

Avoid contact with nitrogen-, phosphorus-, sulfur-, or tin-containing materials under platinum-catalyzed curing systems, as these substances may inhibit vulcanization.
