JINGSIL OBL-57 A/B SERIES

JINGSIL OBL-57 A/B series is a two-component, addition-curing liquid silicone rubber with self-lubricating performance specially developed for wire harness sealing applications, providing low friction, smooth assembly performance, and reliable sealing properties.

Curing Condition：Mix component A and component B component at a 1:1 weight ratio; press cured 5min at 130℃

Packing：

Components A and B are supplied ready for use in 20 kg pails and 200 kg drums. They can be pumped from the drums using standard metering equipment, mixed via a static mixer, and directly injected into the heated mold. The mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight.

NOTICE FOR TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE：

Silicone rubber should be stored at room temperature in a dry and well-ventilated environment. In warm climates, storage in an air-conditioned warehouse under cool (below 25°C) and dry conditions is required.

The recommended storage period is twelve months. Storage beyond this period does not necessarily render the product unusable; however, the relevant properties for the intended application should be verified for quality assurance purposes.

Attentions：

Vulcanization time varies with the production method and product thickness, and should be adjusted as required for different applications.

Avoid contact with nitrogen-, phosphorus-, sulfur-, or tin-containing materials under platinum-catalyzed curing systems, as these substances may inhibit vulcanization.
