JINGSIL MK-30 A/B

JINGSIL MK-30 A/B series is a pourable, two-component, addition-curing RTV liquid silicone rubber for making mold.

It offers a wide range of customizable variants. The mixing ratio (A/B), viscosity, hardness, pot life and curing time tack free can be adjusted upon customer requirements.

Usage:

lMix A component and B component at 10:1 by weight and mix thoroughly before casting

lPot life at 25°C: 60–90 minutes

lCuring time tack free at room temperature within 8–12 hours, and can also be heat accelerated

lSeal the container immediately after use to prevent oxidation of active components

B component: 2 kg / 2.5 kg in container

NOTICE FOR TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE：

Silicone rubber should be stored at room temperature in a dry and well-ventilated environment. In warm climates, storage in an air-conditioned warehouse under cool (below 25°C) and dry conditions is required.

The recommended storage period is twelve months. Storage beyond this period does not necessarily render the product unusable; however, the relevant properties for the intended application should be verified for quality assurance purposes.

Attentions：

Vulcanization time varies with the production method and product thickness, and should be adjusted as required for different applications.

Avoid contact with nitrogen-, phosphorus-, sulfur-, or tin-containing materials under platinum-catalyzed curing systems, as these substances may inhibit vulcanization.
