JINGSIL Tcon-794W Series

JINGSIL Tcon-794W series is a peroxide-cured thermal-conductive silicone rubber (2.0-3.0 W/mK). It provides provide efficient heat dissipation while maintaining excellent electrical insulation and mechanical flexibility. The series is designed for medium to high thermal management applications in electronic, automotive, and industrial systems.

Avoid contact with nitrogen-, phosphorus-, sulfur-, or tin-containing materials under platinum-catalyzed curing systems, as these substances may inhibit vulcanization.
