JINGSIL SHROLL series is SEP Rubber (Silicone-modified EPDM), a hybrid elastomer combining characteristics of silicone rubber and EPDM, while also exhibiting enhanced properties such as improved chlorine resistance and excellent sponge foaming capability. It provides a balanced performance profile, including good flexibility, weatherability, and processability, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications requiring both durability and functional versatility.

Note:

JINGSIL SHROLL-70 is a silicone-modified EPDM blend elastomer composed of approximately 70% EPDM and 30% silicone rubber.

It can be used as a primer-compatible layer within EPDM systems or directly bonded to metal substrates in composite structural applications. The material also shows good compatibility with commonly used adhesives in EPDM rubber systems, ensuring stable processing and reliable bonding performance.

By incorporating silicone rubber into the EPDM matrix, SHROLL-70 maintains the excellent mechanical strength and processability of EPDM while improving weather resistance, temperature stability, and interfacial durability.

Avoid contact with nitrogen-, phosphorus-, sulfur-, or tin-containing materials under platinum-catalyzed curing systems, as these substances may inhibit vulcanization.
