JINGSIL ESDR series is an anti-static peroxide-cured silicone rubber designed for the manufacture of industrial components requiring controlled static dissipation.

lStable anti-static (ESD control) performance with consistent surface resistivity

lHalogen-free formulation available upon customer request

Application：

Suitable for anti-static industrial molded and extruded rubber parts, including ESD control components, profiles, tubing, and complex-shaped technical products requiring both static dissipation and mechanical durability.

Vulcanization time varies with the production method and product thickness, and should be adjusted as required for different applications.

Avoid contact with nitrogen-, phosphorus-, sulfur-, or tin-containing materials under platinum-catalyzed curing systems, as these substances may inhibit vulcanization.
